Can BBT tell me when I’m ovulating?

No – BBT can only confirm ovulation after the fact, not predict when it will occur. That’s why mucus is the primary fertility sign!

Can I use BBT as my only fertility sign?

No. Mucus is always the primary fertility sign, and for clients using this method to avoid pregnancy, I require the use of at least one additional biomarker (such as BBT or LH strips). BBT is great for confirming ovulation, but it cannot predict when you’re fertile.

What if I have an irregular sleep schedule or wake up frequently at night?

A standard BBT thermometer requires consistent wake-up times, but Tempdrop (covered in the workshop) adjusts for irregular sleep.

Do I need to track BBT every day?
