Decoding Ovulation & Fertility Awareness

Charting with Confidence

- Decode menstruation and cervical mucus as direct messages from your hormones. - Identify different types of mucus and develop a deep understanding of your unique mucus patterns—going beyond just “egg white” or “sticky.” - Master paper charting as the most reliable way to track patterns and detect imbalances, while understanding what charting apps can and can’t do for you. - Your chart becomes a real-time medical record—a tool you can use to advocate for yourself and be taken seriously by healthcare providers.

Recognizing Patterns & Self-Advocacy

Deepening Your Understanding of Ovulation

-Deepen your understanding of hormone fluctuations and their effects on charting. -Learn how to identify if you are actually ovulating—busting the myth that a 28-day cycle means you ovulated! -Discover why your ovulatory patterns matter and how they provide a window into your health.

Cycle Variability & Phases

- Understand cycle variability—when to be concerned and when it’s completely normal. - Learn how to recognize key cycle events in your own charts—developing the lifelong skill of body literacy. -Learn to analyze complex cycles with the same ease as straightforward ones. -Recognize patterns in complicated charts, understand what they reveal about hormonal balance, and explore ways to support the body. - Master how to divide your cycle into two or three phases, what each phase represents, and when to use a two-phase vs. three-phase approach. - Identify which phases of the cycle are variable and which remain stable.

Mastering LH Testing

- Explore LH (Luteinizing Hormone) testing—how it can clarify confusing charts and confirm peak fertility when used alongside cervical mucus. - Understand the limitations of LH testing and why it should never be used alone. - Learn exactly when to test for LH and which test strips are most reliable.

Understanding Bleeding Patterns

- Finally understand how to accurately determine when your period is “due”—it’s not what you think! - Understand how hormonal birth control works within the body and its effects on your cycle. - Differentiate between a breakthrough bleed, a withdrawal bleed, and true menstruation.
